The problem is he should be stripped of his pension/health ins and what ever other perks he is going to walk away with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He isn't old enough to collect a pension, he has no marketable skills and he's damaged goods. That is why he didn't resign right away. Elliot Spitzer was a multimillionaire and will inherit hundreds of millions more someday (which is why his wife didn't leave him). Wiener has nothing but bills to pay and a high maintenance wife. He's in a world of hurt and IMO it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
