The people who put him and his family through this should be fired on the spot!
This is really getting crazy!
The gropers just can’t help themselves.
Or better yet, this whole crazy system should be blown up.
Everyone knows that we could go back to pre-9/11 technology and use the same techniques that El Al has used for DECADES to avoid a problem. They don’t use any of our most new-fangled stuff and certainly don’t use stupid random techniques.
God forbid we screen people who pose a higher than average risk - instead we are submitting to a system that produces naked scans of law abiding citizens, and sets up humiliating screening of special needs citizens, toddlers, old people, amputees, etc. Makes me sick.
I wonder what the qualifications are for a job at the TSA. I wonder who they are hiring.
Why did you make up a different (and inaccurate) title?
Words can’t express how I feel about those creatures.
So according to dumbass Napolitano, there is no reason to screen middle eastern men who are under the age of 35, but the TSA found some ridiculous reason to pat down this mentally disabled man..absolutely disgusting but not surprising
How many pedophiles are on the TSA payroll?
Get rid of ALL this security crap and LET the terrorists crash a plane or two. Sounds harsh but it will SHOW who the terrorist ARE...Muslim Radicals. That’s what Obammy and pals are afraid of.
Good thing this didn’t happen in Texas. I’ve heard down there that some people just need killing...
Please change title to reflect the right name of this article.
It should be “TSA Admits Bad Judgment After Disabled Man Subjected to Airport Pat-Down”
Thanks.
Yep.
Is that any crazier than discovering that the U.S. Department of Education has a SWAT team that actually kicks in doors in homes?
That entire department need to be eliminated. If it were gone the quality of education in the U.S. would greatly improve and the PC BS would certainly disappear in most of the states. I guess there are a few states where the insanity is in such a terminal stage that it might not completely go away.
What this incident reminds me of:
Like when the father tried to intervene because the son was mentally disabled, here’s what happened in my family (exact relationships obscured):
Elderly person with known dementia, falls and hurts self at home, with family caregiver asleep in the next room (middle of the night thing).
After hospitalization and release back to home, Adult Protective Services person visits the home to investigate the circumstances of the injury. The recovering victim was frightened of the stranger and was unable to communicate due to dementia and head injury suffered in the fall.
When the family caregiver tried to speak to the investigator about the situation with the fall victim, the investigator told the caregiver to leave the room so that the investigation could proceed without any interference.
Therefore, the victim continued to be frightened and continued not to be able to communicate with the investigator. This suffering went on for awhile, until finally the investigator came to the conclusion that nothing good was coming of this and it was only making life worse for the victim who was being needlessly upset.
Which is what the family caregiver had been trying to say but was not allowed to.
DUH.
One month after 911 I flew to Vegas. Was outside smoking and saw a TSA worker having a cigarette. I asked her what she did before she was hired at the airport. She said she was a hair stylist. We’ve got dummies providing security for us.
“...this was an isolated case of bad judgment.
Isn’t every case of bad judgment isolated when taken alone? Start putting them all together though....
