MiO is a water “enhancer” with 0 calories. It comes in a little bottle, and a variety of flavors. It’s great for people like me who are desperately trying to lose weight, but occasssionally need something other than water to drink. The Sweet Tea is divine.

MiO isn't loaded with caffeine like some of these "fusion waters", is it? I once drank a bottle of some flavored "fusion water" thinking it was simply flavored spring water. My reaction to it was awful... I think I was up for almost 48 hours straight, all hyped up! Ugh...

It's 0 everything except for taste and does not have diet after taste. I used to drink Powerade Zero all day but it has too much sodium. Now I just use it in the morning to get my electrolytes up and switch to MiO after that and it's a ton cheaper.
