If you have the balance board. I utilize the Wii Fit Plus “game” to work out every night, in addition to working out with the “Biggest Loser: Challenge Wii” game. The balance board will weigh and somehow measures BMI. I’m sure it’s not the most accurate, but I do get a good workout, imho.
The Wii Balance Board is Evil and so is Wii Fit Plus.
My favorite games are bicycle riding and the snow ball fight what’s yours.
