Mario Rubio born in Cuba
Oria Garcia born in Cuba

Unless proof of their naturalization prior to May 28, 1971 is produced Marco Rubio must be considered as NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Morco's status may be the same as that of Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama who is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Both of Marco Rubio's parents were US citizens when he was born. Cuba was a protectorate -- US Territory through the Platt Amendment from 1903 until 1934 when FDR repealed the Platt Amendment. Rubio's parents were born during that time...1927 his father...1931 his mother.
