Most political candidates are Zigzaggers.

Zigzagger — claims conservative roots and zigs to the right in the primaries, claims moderate stance and zags to the left in the general, ends up being another grand compromiser seeking bipartisanship [aka, go along to get along].

AB was right. You need more coffee this morning. LOL

BBQ weather is right. Now, just as you harassed me during the winter, we can listen to you complain about the FL heat and humidity during the summer.

BTW, it’s snowing in the Sierra Nevada mountains, per FNC.

I don’t believe anyone realizes how much we are spending on the various environmental laws, rules and regulations the government has in place. I honestly would not be surprised if it amounted to 15 to 20% of everything we spend.

Palin supports the Ryan Plan, mentions the attacks on the plan.

==

[The attacks on the Ryan Plan are so vicious because there are rumblings that he may become a candidate. They left/MSM/Dems and a few ‘moderate’ Republicans are trying to destroy him [via his plan] before he might become a viable contender in the primaries.]

So much for her being “an airhead”.

This is too fast paced for me to comment on and comprehend at the same time.

Wait till you see this. Wallace doesn’t seem to be trying to trip her up.

She is articulating more non-repeat conservative commentary per second than most “seasoned” guests do in an entire interview....on any given topic...no notes on her hand nor teleprompter.

Some of the inferences about Kilmeade,a talk radio wannbe, and the rest of his crew in the AM is that they are carrying water for the big guy--Roger ailes.

It's gonna take at least Rush and maybe Sarah to straighten this entire fiasco out,hopefully soon.

THIS WEEK (ABC): Austan Goolsbee, chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers

All over the map

Goolsbee(paraphrased) on Trends, don’t look at that month, it takes more than a month to show a trend [3 months, buddy]

Goolsbee (paraphrased) only Government stood between the economy and a depression vs. only the private sector can take us to a recovery [well, it would it logically have been the private sector that “stood between the economy and a depression”, unless your in a spin zone]

I think truth is it's still early. When Sarah gets into the game the entire equation will change. And as she has the ability to do she will indeed:

SUCK ALL THE OXYGEN OUT OF THE ROOM!

Nevertheless, you provided more info on Palin interview than anybody before you on this thread. For those of us not in the stream, any input is appreciated!

Wallace asks Palin what she is up to with the bus tour.

==

Sarah Palin causes weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth:

weeping amongst the journalists,
wailing amongst the opposition party,
gnashing of teeth amongst those purportedly of her own party.

She is driving them crazy.

Already posted a couple of times. Will not post again.

Governor Palin's life experiences make her uniquely qualified to venture into various venues and fit in. She owns and rides a bike. Believe me, the brotherhood and sisterhood of bikers is strong.

She and her husband own a fishing business. She can go into a New Hampshire fishing town and speak authoritatively about the industry.

Special needs children, rank and file union membership, public school teachers challenges (per parents), energy policy, ethics in government and on and on.

Like her or not. Agree with her or not, one thing that is not arguable is she connects with Middle America like no other Republican candidate since "you know who".

Good catch son. By know we are starting to realize that after having to revive every number they come up with that they lie about everything.

Good point!

Here in the Keys, we have had to have separate pumps--proudly displaying the no ethanol sign, at many marinas and even gas stations on shore for boats since ethanol eats up the seals and screws up marine engines in about a year or so.
