A lot of discussion lately over who the Dems would like to see as the nominee. I don't think there is one, but there is a "type". Romney in my opinion is that "type". He inspires little enthusiasm and in large measure the conservative base won't come out for him. IMO, the Dems hope for someone like that because they will be a down ballot killer.

Folks here have to think bigger picture. I get frustrated with the "eaches" people.

Thanks for the thread AB much appreciated.

Wow, an opportunity to see Sarah! Does not get any better!!! Ghoulsbee will be full of talking points I will watch him very closely.

Anyone following the escapades of the Donald?

If you want to go out on a limb and get really conspiratorial without doing any research, just imagine that Trump got to where he is,including numerous bankruptcies,by stepping on a lot of toes, twisting arms and playing fast and loose with the law.Really, not really too much of a stretch.

Now imagine that the regime has dug up enough of his mideeeds, illegal actions, forwarded them to Holder who is such a piece of work, he will do the regimes bidding since he is apart of the regime. And, wala the Donald is confronted with a do or die scenario by Valerie Jarrett with or without zeros knowledge.

If Trump can syphon off 3-5% of the vote zero is reelected. With absolutely nothing to run on but Obamacare and his officials scared to even mention the word, he is in deep doo doo and must pull a super fast one like the above.

Stopping the regime before they get stated could help if it's even in the cards.

If it is we will see the singes soon.

Add me to the list in agreement.

Romney is good in many ways but he does not seem to have the “instincts” that lead to conservative leadership. I get the feeling he’s saying what he thinks people want to hear, not what he believes deep down inside.

Wallace has already shown his cards to attack Palin as in the the Paul Revere card. Brought that up already on Fox and Friends.

Romney’s certainly not getting my vote...he’ll bring us Obama care and carbon tax...he cannot be trusted as long history of flip flopping gives him brownie points at ethe moment

Additionally he’s the ‘democratic’ favorite for us....anybody they support I’m against.

Got the feeling that Wallace just got himself assigned to a wee tiny bit more of a task than he’s got the ability to handle.

Sorta like sending your poodle out to chase a bear. Let alone an aware and slightly PO’d griz.

Oh, Romney would get my vote if he wins the primaries and becomes the Republican candidate. But he won’t get any help from me getting it and I get the feeling he’s not attracting the GOP base that much either. He has the money but it’s doubtful he can win the hearts and souls of conservatives. But compared to 0zero, Romney is fantastic.

Romney... is from an era that is over. We need someone with a warrior’s heart.

Your posts remain simply terrific, this one no exception.

With Romney trying to salvage Mittcare and ethanol he makes the case that we can RINO him out of the election with out too much of a problem.

What worries me about Mitt is that my gut tells me he is yet another McCain. Very conservative during the primaries and then just another RINO once elected. Hardly what we are looking for.

With Sarah now standing up to the DBM like no other candidate has ever had the guts to do she gets stronger and stronger every day.

I share your distrust of the clean/renewable energy farce and when you analyze it you come up with just another regime slush fund for liberals to enrich themselves without really accomplishing anything. Just what communism does.

I too agree without that we could never ever afford another term for the regime. It could cost us the country or forever destroy our ability to pay off even the interest much less the principal.

If FNC is guilty of what we have been reading here, and there is a lot to read especially about Roger Ailes, all it will take is a response from Palin and FNC will become yet another MSNBC almost overnight.

So when the Establishmedia which sadly now includes’ FOX...

As always, your concise and precise comments are very much appreciated. And, the italicized comment is a cause for concern. Now all we have is us and Breitbart....sad day for us all!

While I'm in ticked off mode, don't you know the narrative regarding the Paul Revere thing is going to morph to "well, yes she had her facts right, but she didn't' sound "authoritative" enough.

When most else fails and before Dems/MSM start the out right lying they turn to subjective terms. Pubbies have not answer for that either ("real", "torture", "gravitas", etc, etc)

Romney is a manager, not a leader. He will not inspire us, or anybody else. Not even VP material, because he could end up President anyway and that would not be good for America.

I agree with previous posts; maybe Secretary of the Treasury or Commerce, but I would like to know that he can at least do his own taxes using Turbo Tax before he is in charge of the IRS.
