That is not a executed warrant, no date or signature.

The warrant is boilerplate bullshiite. The redacted part is the heart of the matter. Dupnik (a great name for an anus) and the allied PDs were going on the word of an informant. 20-month investigation, and they went on the word of an informant, and as Tony Soprano' lawyer would say, "they got nuthin."

Since no one has been charged, I want to know what happened to the $94,000 in cash taken from Celaya's property. That's the way these Sheriff's Departments make their money: above and below the table.

The civil suit lawyers must be watering at the mouth waiting to get this to court. $1 million in damages,$5 million in punitive damages. Slam and Dunk Dupnik. Dump the bastard. Governor can put state police in charge, name a new Sheriff , or call a special election.

This county is heavily inhabited by left-wing ani, centered (naturally) around the U, where many students are, I am sure, registered illegally, as are the illegal aliens to whom they feel so spiritually close.

The warrant says that Jose had registered six vehicles, but I only see 4 actually described on the “list of known vehicles associated with the organization”; a 2010 F150, that was actually used by his brother, and Jose was using a ‘07 3/4 pickup, and an ‘05 Chevy sedan, plus he had a ‘96 diesel vehicle. Maybe he has a dirt bike or something.

Looks to me like this guys only association with the “crime ring” was his brother, who he visited on occasion. The arrest was in a car with three other people where there marijuana and guns, but none could apparently be connected to Jose. There were no drugs in Jose's house, so it is doubtful he was a drug user. The “arrest” was just being in the wrong place at the wrong time, as was being in a truck that was carrying saran wrap.

I don't see enough to get a warrant out on this guy.

A couple of observations and a window into police work:

Freely moving about and communicating with people is “probable cause”…of something. (Lines 118-139)

If the cops want to search your car and find out what you just loaded in it, they just make a stop for a “traffic violation.” (Line 140)

Saran wrap…I guess it’s a bad thing. (Line 144)

I was right! Even without “experience and training”. (Line 145)

On September 16, 2009, some Hispanic guys ate Mexican food. (Line 156-159)

If the cops want to search your car and find out what you just loaded in it, they just make a stop for a “traffic violation”…again. (Line 168-169)

Don’t drive your wife’s car. (Line 175-177)

Poor driving…it’s probable cause, too! (Line 184-185)

If cops don’t observe you doing your job, that’s not really your job. (Line 223)

A case for suspicion can be made by stating prior, unfounded suspicions. (Lines 275-281)

Be careful if you have no criminal record, but you know people who do. (Lines 297-305)
