Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin was already stealing a bit of former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romneys thunder by scheduling a trip to New Hampshire the same day the former Massachusetts governor made his presidential announcement. Now shes gone a step further, attacking Romney on health care moments before he officially enters the race.
In my opinion any mandate coming from government is not a good thing, Palin told reporters outside Bunker Hill in Massachusetts, the latest stop on her whirlwind bus tour up the east coast that began on Sunday.
[E]ven on a state level and even a local level, mandates coming from a governing body, it's tough for a lot of us independent Americans to accept, because we have great faith in the private sectors and our own families, and our own businessmen and women making decisions for ourselves.
Twisting the political knife in a bit further Palin said that appealing to the tea party will be a big challenge for Romney.

The Tea Party is the organization that keeps on giving. Romney’s Wall Street pals aren’t as loyal.
We win, they lose!
Drill, baby, drill!!
Let's rearrange the letters in Romney to get ME RYNO. Okay, It isn't exactly spelled the same, but the meaning is clear.
Ping.
My health insurance premium went up 45% under romneycare.
45%!!!
GO SARAH!!!!!!!
Whether or not Gov Palin runs for president she will direct the debate for both the Republicans and democrats. It is her show and it is going to be great. I am glad I have a ticket.
Sarah is absolutely right about that.
Romney never built a bridge to the Tea Party movement, and that's going to come back to haunt him in the primary. The fact is, the next Republican president will ONLY be elected by near-unanimous support of that segment of the center-right.
I suppose that it also goes without saying that Palin is one with the Tea Party already, and has very strong support there.
Not looking good for Mittens, I'd say.
I rearranged the letters and got “jack ass”.
From this side of the earth to the other and back again!!
Prefect!
Hey Mittens: Paybacks are hell aint they?
My health insurance premium has DOUBLED with the passage of Obamacare.
I guess I’m the only one who likes Palin and Romney? There are many things I don’t agree with Romney on, but hell, the worst RINO is better than Obama. And it was such a breath of fresh air to actually hear someone go on offensive against Obama. I actually cheered when I heard Romney on the radio saying how Obama is a failure, has failed America and he has done great damage to America and made all things worse. Hell, there were more factual attacks in that one speech by Romney than all of McCain’s combined from 2008.
No.
An "attack" would have been to call his MONUMENTAL piece of health care legislation a "STATUTE OF TYRANNY"

That’s awful, GVnana. Awful. And I thought a 45% increase was bad!
My insurance plan has also cut back on coverage..has yours done the same?

What would he have done differently?
Sounds to me like the writer of this piece is trying to talk Sarah out of running - stating she would have more power that way. I am starting to believe the “they are scared of her” postings here on FR.
She’s wrapping herself in the FLAG. She’s profiting from the FLAG. She’s TRAFFICKING in The FLAG. It may be a violation of Federal Law to do what she’s doing. Sniff.
