Good evening, Connie....up until a couple hours ago it looked like I got 3 days off...not so now.

We were told to let everyone know to put their time only in ADP, the new system....which we did in BIG LETTERS!! Then, about 3p, one of the guys from upstairs came down, said we could leave early. The conversation got around to this coming week’s payroll being one in the old system and one in the new. He said NO, not yet. *sigh*

He said that was not the way it was supposed to be. So, after much discussion about lack of communication with the folks that actually do the payroll, we needed to send out a second email requesting everyone put their time in the old system after all. (*sigh* nobody is even in their offices at this late date AND Monday is a holiday.) Tuesday is going to be ugly!!! They will get to work and find this email asking them to go back and enter all their timesheets in the old system after we told them not to.

Lots of homework tonight.
