Barack Obama said the way to peace between Israel and Palestine is for Israel to move its borders back to the pre-1967 Six Day War lines. Such a dishonest stance for any person, world leader or not, is astonishing, unless you support the demise of Israel. Here is a simple, truthful and easily understood reminder of those borders usually, and conveniently ignored by those who accuse Israel of occupying Palestinian territory.

Israel should tell obama they will negotiate from the 1967 borders when America returns to the 13 colonies and re-negotiates with England, France, Canada, Mexico, and Spain. It’s just as ridiculous.
Israel should tell Hussein to shut up.
Obamadinejad called for the destruction of Israel.
But only as a starting point for fair and impartial negotiations.
Oh, we have already surrendered the southwest back to Mexico.
What a nice mis leading map
Israel should insist that the US return to its 1958 borders.
1958 borders means no Hawaii
No Hawaii means no President Obama.
Here is the Jewish National Homeland map circa 1920:
As the map shows, trading Jewish land for peace has been tried many times, and still has not worked.
As I said when I posted that map on another thread: “If it were a cancer, I’d say it was in remission.”
I am all for the immediate post 1967 war borders.
Let the Palestinians on the Temple Mount and all they will do is try to desecrate it. That no way to treat the promised land.
I’m sure you forgot to label your map with the information that this “Palestinian land loss” is a result of the Islamic/Arab leadership’s perpetual refusal to accept the existence of a Jewish state to the point of continuous war against the Jewish people. Maybe if the PA/Hamas government does unilaterally TRY to declare a state the final map after that declaration will show complete eliminate of any green anywhere in the region!
I say we should go back to what God said the borders of Israel will be.
The area originally intended for the Nation of israel is outlined on this map :
In addition to ignoring Jordan as part of the Ottoman Administrative are of Palestine, those maps would earn a second grader an "F" for accuracy.
"Palestinian" lands* are defined as having a single muslim in it, or empty, while Jewish lands are defned as formal settlements only. Other maps in this set assert dozens of muslim settlements and NO Jewish settlements, and those Jewish areas that are shown encroaching on empty land are assumed to be encroaching on "palestinians," See footnotes.
*Origin of Modern Palestinians
"The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people [only since 1964] , since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct 'Palestinian people' to oppose Zionism."
PLO executive committee member Zahir Muhsein, March 31, 1977
Further, we have the following from an educated Lebanese, Cecil Hourani :
"Cecil Hourani, Oxford-educated, Lebanese in origin, and for a long time adviser to Bourguiba in Tunisia, is truly exceptional in writing that he always had doubts about the wisdom behind the creation of the Palestinian resistance movement in 1964 which, he says, time has revealed to be the source of not only of Lebanons problems, but also of those of the Palestinians themselves. Among his Palestinian friends, he adds sadly, he often heard repeated a phrase, the world is ruined, let it be ruined more a neat summation of the anti-social sterility of careerist [muslim] politics.
