The problem is that some of us have actually read the Constitution and the Founders thoughts and intent. So twisting it doesn’t work.
You can call it "twisting" if you want, but the interpretation of the Constitution by SCOTUS is the law of the land. Until you get on the Supreme Court, your interpretation, even though I know you are a legend in your own mind, isn't worth a warm bucket of spit
