That's my stance. I would like to think that RICO laws could be used to purge America of scourge of all labor unions. Not being a constitutional lawyer disqualifies me from knowing what would be involved in abolishing all forms of unionism.
Short of that, I'd be happy if RIGHT TO WORK laws were universal in all of the states. If employees had the right to choose, I think the natural outcome would invariably the ending of unionism. The only thing keeping these evil outfits going is the power of coercion in the yellow states:

Obviously I agree. I was going to correct that graph and say that the union states should be (liberal Dumbocrat) Blue, not Yellow...but then, yellow is the color of cowards so I think your graph has it correct. :)
I honestly have to be careful when I start ranting about unions because I have a tendency to go overboard (’death to union bosses!!’ and that sort of thing) so I’ll keep it as civil as possible and just say:
Unions & Lawyers: Scourge of America!
