This guy should rot in jail.

I'm no fan of jack booted thugs who invade homes, but this "unarmed 14 year old boy" punched a classmate and then ran from the police +/- (depending on whose story you believe) bullrushing an armed police officer (outdoors in a yard) in a second attempt to escape. To top it off, the 14 year old had a record worse than the officer. Sounds like he deserved to end up dead, and the officer in question simply did the adult criminal justice system a favor by removing one of its future occupants.

The cop says he got whacked in the face by the door and then was bullrushed which means the kid was at least in the door way if not outside when he drilled him. A witness stated that the cop carried the kid out of the shed. The cop stated that he shot the kid at very close range while he was being rushed. The ME stated there was no powder residue on the kid’s shirt, and no evidence the kid was shot at close range. The cops is lying through his teeth.
I’m willing to bet that the cop opened the shed door, stuck his head in, panicked when he saw the kid, and shot him.

The miscreant cold-cocked a boy apropos of nothing, and for no good reason. I actually support the death penalty for this. Behaviors like that coarsen and cheapen our society. To some some though, it is normal, day-to-day behavior. I say we weed out those people, as they are approching critical mass in our country, it seems.
