"Yes, I love wunderground." I've wondered why they named it after Bill Ayers' group.

Do you think He uses the wife's opinion as His standard? The standard is that a husband should love his wife as Christ loves the church.

"The standard is that a husband should love his wife as Christ loves the church." Is that the wife's standard of how Christ loves the church or God's standard?
I Peter 4:12-13 - "Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed."

I've wondered why they named it after Bill Ayers' group.
Both groups had roots at the same university and the weather folks thought it was amusing to poke fun at them and it was a play on the fact that they were sort of taking on the commercial companies. At the time they started, they never dreamed that their little project would become so large and so successful. Plus wunderground.com was easy to remember.
Probably bugs Ayers' fans that searching for weather underground turns up wunderground first.
I'm actually surprised that Fox or CNN or Amazon or somebody hasn't tried to buy them, they've got some incredibly good people working for them. Their hurricane people are really good.

So there is a connection between wundergound.com and Bill Ayer’s group.
Thanks for explaining that... wow.

Not a real connection, more like them being from the same university and mocking Ayers' group.
