Which is why they still fear her enormously and she will beat Mr. Obama like a rented mule if she gains the nomination, despite whatever contrived poll you might read says. If the Democrats and RINOs internal polls showed her losing, you'd never hear a peep about her.

It sure would be nice if BHO finally got that unpopular, and it would be rather neat to see a third party win.

He’s already that unpopular. Don’t let the media and the pollsters lead you astray. Every gas station price sign and pump is a free advertisement against Mr. Obama. Every time it costs $20 more to buy the same groceries as last week he loses hundreds of thousands of supporters. Every college graduate that has to move back in with their parents instead of their own place is a family thinking about the next election. Every time someone sees a union or other organization exempted from ObamaCare causes resentment. How many people do you know who are unemployed or working way below their level?

Projectile-vomiting alert not needed here, thank God. That's what I thought when I saw the headline.

Which is why they still fear her enormously and she will beat Mr. Obama like a rented mule if she gains the nomination, despite whatever contrived poll you might read says.

Isn't this just "Ronald Reagan the Bonzo clown will destroy the world" all over again?

In 1980, we didn't have anything like the Internet, and I had to follow politics like everyone else, through the distorting, colored prism of mass (Communist) media. I really thought Jimmy Carter was going to edge out Reagan like he had Gerald Ford in 1976. But we all know the truth now.

The Reagan years were nice for a reason you never see in the press .... for seven long years, the media clownshow had to stick a cork in their Leftist biases and contain themselves. That alone was worth the vote a million times over, watching those swollen, mass-repudiated egos eat crow.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of the Wall Street princes who caused the financial mess still around -- guys like Larry Blankfein at Goldman, Sachs -- and that gives the other side something to work with. Though not so much, since Obozo promptly hired Tim Geithner, a member in good standing of the Goldman wrecking crew, for Treasury Secretary.

The main nut of the workout has still to be addressed ...... and I saw a price tag with "quadrillion" after it, in a financial article. That's "quadrillion-with-a-'Q'", guys. A number beyond the beyond. That's why the Goldman guys are getting away with it -- because the real blood-on-the-floor would be everybody's, if Obozo's boys let the bills come due.

Second, they showcased her weakness. She knew as much about global geopolitics as most first-term governors and needed a heavy tutorial.

Foreign policy is something she needs to work on for sure, but for a foreign policy background, being governor of Alaska and a small town mayor does compare favorably to a community organizer. And except for Eisenhower, Nixon and Bush I, we've not really had any people come into the White House with much of a foreign policy background since Hoover.

The left hates Sarah Palin because she puts them to shame. Yes, it has always been about the abortions she and Bristol did not have.

I remember those years differently. I remember the media never letting up on Reagan in telling us what a "bozo" he was and how his "cowboy" foreign policy was leading us to war with the Soviets, what a "racist" he was on domestic policy and on and on and on. What a thrill it was when he thoroughly kicked all their a$$e$ in the second election despite all the media bias, even winning over many unions.

They wouldn’t have liked her anyway, but the abortion issue takes the leftist rage to a much higher level.

You're right, it is all about abortions. The abortion issue trumps everything else with the murderous leftists, as it does with many of us on the right. I say "us" because I include myself. In my opinion it is indeed the single most important issue of our times. We absolutely must stop murdering innocents.

I saw some ditzy broad on the weather channel the other day, a so called "Minister" for crying out loud, who said that global warming was the single most important moral issue of our times. God help us with "ministers" like her.

She hasn’t changed. She’s still competent, relevant, honest, refreshing and clear-headed.

great writing!

Sadly, you only scratch the surface concerning the internal cauldron I see boiling against this guy and the democratic party notwithstanding the talking heads like Juan, Kirsten Powers, Colmes etc; etc;............

The one thing we may ultimately owe Obama, Pelosi,Reid and Holder for though is the obliterration of any real power for the Democratic Party for generations! In Texas in my early years, it was hard to find a Republican. Now it is the other way around!

And, I too saw a young lady filling her little worn out Honda up along side me at a gas station recently. She put $20.00 in it, had 2 little kids in the back seat and was carefully counting out coins in a bottle while the pump was running. I literally forced her to take $40.00 and “fill her up”. With tears in her eyes, she hugged me REAL hard! I am 63 and she was in her twenties.

I hate the bastard for this because I know millions of young ladies including single moms across the country are doing the same thing every day!

My hatred of these people includes Reid, Pelosi and all of em (dims and rinos) for what they are consciously doing to these poor, poor people that voted for them and are too stupid to know that their vote INSURED and absolutely guaranteed marxist energy policies that could do nothing else but lead to $4.00 gasoline at the pump which of course leads to the same poor young ladie getting gouged at the grocery store. It is time to commence project 1776 !!!

Here was a woman confronted with both, but who refused to see the necessity and did not seize the opportunity to tidy up.

"Tidy up"?

Is that the latest PC term for murder of the unborn?

Bristol’s child makes them uncomfortable,
but Trig’s birth ENRAGES them. I know, I finally got a leftfem to admit that her hatred for SP was all about “that baby”.

It’s because they see how innocent and precious he is to Sarah and the family, and know that, given the same situation, they would have had him killed before he was born.

They don’t want reminders that they are murderous at heart, that they AREN’T the “good people” that they want to believe they are.

Liberals need a perpetual conservative Emanuel Goldstein to vent their anger and frustration over. Since Bush is no longer president, Palin will do nicely. Rest assured, when Palin is gone from the scene, liberals will find another conservative to whack, scream and shout until foam dribbles out of their mouths, and tear their hair out. With no conservative to rail against, liberals lives are meaningless. I should say, more meaningless than before.
