I have not seen it used much but “racer” makes a lot of sense to me to describe someone who uses race and race-baiting to disparage conservatives.

If he says, "Some would call it that", say, "Please name some so we can identify the racer(s)." Bottom line, we definitely have to take it to them every time they pull this crap.
