I'll listen to Newt, but I hope he drops out of the race quickly before he runs the risk of winning the nomination. Because besides needing to pick a winner, we need to pick a candidate who would be a real alternative to Obama, not a slow-motion train wreck who will continue the same destructive policies in smaller doses.
For example, I would love to see a Republican candidate go into Iowa and say that ethanol subsidies should end because they do not provide a benefit to America. Part of the reason the subsidies exist now is because Iowa is so early in the primary season and the pandering politicians bought into the idea that ethanol provides a cleaner environment.
Time for candidates who want to do the best thing for America, not the best thing for their personal benefit.

Chris Wallace to Huckabee:
“Who benefits (by your exit)”?
Huckabee: Mentions several including Gov. Palin,
but DOES NOT MENTION ROMNEY.
Wallace fumes (endless whining Romney PIMP), and says:
“You didn’t mention Mitt Romney”.
No he did not.
Wallace:
“Could you support Trump”?
Wallace ends with falsetto indicating Donald
Trump is ‘not serious’ to the quite biased
RomneyBOT Chris Wallace.
FOX - Biased, biased, biased, biased (needs warning label).

I’ve become seriously allergic to Ron Paul. Wouldn’t mind seeing Boehner but can we trust the guy? Still not sure. He asked for money but I’m keeping mine for now, such as it is.

Wouldn’t you know it, Newt is taking them ‘racist’ arrows right off the bat, doing good on getting back to the issues

Of all the RINOs candidates I prefer Newt—the man IS a genius even if he blatantly and publically compromised his conservative bona fides and thus lost the once formidable faith conservatives had in him.
Now his RINO baggage makes him a guaranteed loser.
As Brando said in “On The Waterfront”
“I coulda been a contender!”
Oh,btw—RUNSARAHRUN!!!

Excellant post...Newt is doing good in stating very complex things simply and is great at attacking Obozo smoothly!

Agreed, Newt has a lot of explaining to do, and it’s a good thing he got in early, this interview is a Katie Couric wanna-be

Good post Newt is like an intelligent McCain, if there ever was one.
He knows the right things to do but is too easily detracted by the left. Compromise is his all, which inevitably means selling out to the left.

I hope my Gov Nikki can handle the Leftist ABC DNC hacks on “This Week.”
She made a big mistake by dissing possible GOP candidates who didn't show up for the debate in our state last week.
One of them, former AK Gov Sarah Palin, made her our governor and to me she displayed adolescent petulant ingratitude.
