Makes me want to sing the Muse song.....
“They will not control us...
...we will be victorious...
....they will stop degrading us...”
Hey, I look at Syria, Egypt, Libya....and yeah, I know there’s issues with their “revolutions”.
But I sure can see this country doing the same thing, brought forth by the Tea Party....oh yeah, those earlier peaceful confabs.....just a rehearsal. We’ve learned how to get out the word, got some leaders established, such as it is...Beck, for one.
Even BO would want to be the president when American citizens take to the streets like those in the Mideast. Understand I’m not talking bout a Saturday afternoon sunny day peaceful march. I’m talking work stoppages, the non-violent protest used by Civil rights leaders....I’m talking a really mad populace.
Absolutely I can see us peons who carry this country on our backs pulling this off.
If I’m not mistaken, he does post it originally on Saturday.
If it’s up for a vote, I rather enjoy reading it here every week. There are other long posts that I skip so I say if someone does not like bray’s weekly message just pass over it and move on to the next post.
I do but who reads the blogger section? This has wider readership and it has become a regular feature, hopefully one people like and have received an exemption from the rule.
Pray for America
JC....here you go again.
Why do you insist on getting on this thread, and this is NOT the first time, and berate a regular participant in this thread....Bray?
You, on the other hand, show up once in a blue moon to...duh, berate BRAY!
Do you think this makes us admire you? Do you think we’re all sitting out here singing your praises....”Good Lord, thank God JC came to save us from the awful Bray and his tomes which we could just scroll by”?
Join in the thread if you want. But if you think this kind of behavior is admirable, think again.
Anyone else on this thread could grow a pair and defend Bray too, just throwing it out there.
Thank you Morgan. I think this JC guy is jealous that Bray writes better than him, is what I think.
I’m generally a Haley fan, but didn’t see the interview. What did she say that was ordering possible candidates around?
Thanks.
It would be a great loss if you ever stopped posting them here and they are much appreciated.
“Time for candidates who want to do the best thing for America, not the best thing for their personal benefit.”
It’s a conundrum - the way a candidate GETS to do the best thing for America is to gain enough votes to be ELECTED.
Thanks rod, you noticed that too? I firmly believe many of the big talk shows read this thread since these subjects magically appear on their stacks of stuff??? A little hint for those in Rio Linda.
Pray for America
That’s good, since with that attitude nobody does. Excuse me for taking you seriously, it won’t happen again.
God Bless Our Troops
What Fish said.
What Morgan said.
Did not hear it; but, based on what I read on thread, sounds like he did OK. Again, I am not necessarily boarding Newt's bandwagon. I AM opening myself to be persuaded.
I have become convinced that "she whose name everyone knows" cannot win in the general election, even if she wins the nomination. And I am not at all interested in saying any more than that about that at this time.
What RG911 said.
5 4 3 2 1
Yeah, there is no question about it. Seen it time and again. In a way it’s great to have such access.
Don’t worry about what we do here. If you don’t like it feel free to move along.
I just watched Haley’s interview:
http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/nikki-haley-health-care-remain-issue-romney/story?id=13606953
It seems like all she said, appropriately, was that SC would see through and punish candidates who made dirty attacks on other candidates’ families. She has her own election as evidence to back that up.
She also said that candidates need to discuss policy going forward, as well as criticize Obama, but that seems pretty obvious and noncontroversial.
She ruled out accepting a VP slot if it were offered and more generally committed to completing her term as guv.
What possibly made you think she was getting too full of herself?
