Attracting more businesses to Texas, thus increasing the tax base, would help on all those fronts. Tort reform (’loser pays’) will help do that.
As I said, there’s nothing wrong with the tort reform, but if that is the best they can do with 101 seats in the House, the entire R party is useless.
