Lord this is embarrassing (my misspeak). They had green cards. But, as I learned in High School Govt., Natural Born meant two US citizen parents and a birth on US soil.

And there is a growing movement in America, led by, among others, Sen. David Vitter, R-La., to change those rules and restrict birthright citizenship. "My bill limits birthright citizenship to individuals born in the United States with at least one parent who is a legal citizen, a green card holder or an active member of the U.S. armed forces," said Vitter in introducing his legislation on the Senate floor last month. There it is. Vitter is wanting to change the laws instead of abiding by them. Sorry, Vitter, but Jindal was not, is not, and never will be a NBC by the laws set out by the founding fathers in the Constitution.

I really liked Jindal but this is utterly disappointing that he thinks this gimmick will redefine what natural born means. That is just spitting on our constitution.
Jindal, you lost my respect today.
Natural born is and has always been someone who is born on US soil to two US citizens (who were citizens at the time of birth).
Mr. Jindal that does not include you. You are naturalized, an anchor baby. No way are anchor babies natural born citizens.
To: machogirl
You know if Jindal really loved and respected the Constitution he would flat out state that he is not a “natural born citizen” and not eligible for any future presidential or vice presidential office.

NBC issue aside, anyone notice how simple and clean this BC is? Just a nice, high res scan. How come it doesn’t have all the strange artifacts and other anomalies that Obama’s has?
Easy. Jindal did all that was necessary. He scanned it. BFD. It isn’t rocket science. And if Obama did a simple scan, his (phony as Pam Anderson’s breasts) BC wouldn’t look like it does.

Regardless of his BC or where he was born, Jindal is 10x more American than the Kenyan who occupies the Hussein Asylum and destroys our lives by the hour.

The big problem is that, in 2016, he’d be up against a Republican President going for re-election.

Born on U.S. soil: Yes.
Born of two U.S. citizen parents: No.
Sorry Bobby. You’re not Natural Born. Not eligible for President.

Jindal isn’t really my first pick for President, but surely you realize that if he decides to run, there won’t be any legal opposition to it.

You can bet that if he ever does seek the office of president or vice president the democrats and media will challenge his eligibility to hold the office. They will do this without hesitation and without the slightest hint of embarrassment.

The way I see it is ANYBODY THAT IS BORN IN THE UNITED STATES aged 35 or more that has lived here 14 years or more is qualified to be elected president. There are no other hoops that he or she has to jump through to qualify. It doesn’t matter who your parents are or what their status is.
Case closed. Bobby Jindal is 100% qualified to be president because he meets all 3 requirements.

Piyush Amrit Bobby Jindal
born June 10, 1971 in Baton Rouge, LA (Meets the Jus Soli Requirement)
Parents were
Amar Jindal born in India
Raj Jindal born in India
Unless proof of their naturalization prior to June 10, 1971 is produced Bobby Jindal must be considered as NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

I have absolutely no doubt that if Bobbby Jindal were to obtain the Republican nomination for President, and if it he was leading in the polls, both the Democrats and the media would raise holy stink, claiming Jindal's NOT a NBC and thus ineligible.
Absolutely no doubt whatsoever.
