No way, already the UN wants to be briefed on how the operation went and if it was necessary to kill him. Christ its taken ten years to get some of these guys tried already and then we want to take this guy and make a prisoner out of him and have every terrorists from Detroit to Afghanistan committing atrocities to get us to release him. No it is better to have killed him and not have to have to deal with all that.
