Since the police are taking down the license plate numbers, apparently they are taking you serious. Not sure it's a wise thing to go sneaking around.
For his sake, I really hope he is being an ass and putting us on. If he really is out there in black face paint with a video camera, and one of these police patrols he mentioned passes, it could get real ugly real quick.
