Either that or whoever reported it was a week ago was wrong. Guardian still reporting it was a bomb, and a week ago.

Fox, says now, was authorized on April 29, with final approval today by Obama.

Good point, but I’m more inclined to believe a foreign news source than anything I read or hear in the U.S.
