Apparently it was a ground operation, inside of Pakistan where the CIA went onto a compound (with cooperation with paki intel) and killed him and took possession of the body. If so, then Obama would have given that execute order. Bush set it up, bush put the resources in place and established the initiative...but Obama gave the final order.
If it had started on his call...I do not believe it would have happened...but he did not stand down when the time came and he executed the efforts of our brave military and Osama bin land is dead.

He says the strike was today, everybody else is saying it was a week ago...?He also left out the USS COLE incident in 2000, and the African Embassy Bombings in 1998. He probably doesn't want anyone to also remember that Clinton could have had him years ago.

Just thought about how much this might help his poll numbers (even though he didn't do a blasted thing to make this happen).
