Geraldo just announced Obama will make some sort of statement in 30 minutes. Geraldo says this is unusually late and figures it has something to do with Libya.

I’m happy celebrating here on FR. I will be celebrating in November 2012 when the Usuper-in-chief is defeated. That job is harder now, but not impossible.

I just think that many of those celebrating in front of the WH were protesting our actions in Iraq and Afghanistan not that long ago. Somewhat ironic, no?

OBL became expendable to BHO now that he's so close to reestablishing the Caliphate - based in it's old center - Tripoli - with the vast area of Egypt and Libya, control of half of the Mediterranean and the Suez - etc etc.

And, although he was killed a week ago - making this such a big IMMEDIATE ALERT late at night - takes a lot of the story of innocent children killed in Libya in this illegal and unnecessary war there - off the front pages. America and the world was getting up in arms. This was handy to break in this way.

They didn't need OBL anymore.

CNN saying intel was that the mansion was very suspicious:

1. Million dollar mansion with no internet and telephone
2. Residents burned their trash instead of putting it out for collection.
3. U.S. had interest in the couriers entering/exiting the mansion.

Sounds like some really good HUMINT led to this raid.

They’re saying the mansion was highly guarded with 6 to 8 foot walls. Clearly our guys did outstanding work in breaching that and the fire-fight which followed...I doubt they expected it...

I;m certain we won’t hear who our guys were until years down the road...but may God bless them for taking this thug out!

THAT is weird timing. I still firmly beleiev that there are high officials in the Obama Administration who are selectively helping/helped Wikileaks and/or Bradley Manning. The timing of that is too coincidental.

W's statement, on his Facebook page is time stamped 8:55pm, apparently and oddly, Pacific time as his Note page says 25 min. ago. I didn't even know W had a Facebook page, this is only 3rd post and his first since last November. Apparently he doesn't need a teleprompter to be prompt.

Pulled because of FR’s don't talk about sensitive material policy no doubt. When it was announced that the newly weds were postponing their honeymoon, we discussed what was going on. Thought it had something to do with Libya.Both Will and Harry will be reporting for duty in the AM.

I know first instinct is to celebrate, but hope everyone keeps an eye out for anything suspicious around them.
