I can’t fault them for that. I was 9 when our embassy was taken in Tehran and I was glad beyond words when Khomeni bought it. I wasn’t like those kids are tonight, but then again I stay on even keel for just about everything.

The MSM is just not as powerful as they used to be. They will not be able to keep this before the public mind in any kind of sustained way. It will fade, especially as people are much more sensitive to things that affect them personally, like not being able to get to work due to gas prices. Not to mention the Tea Party and the conservative resurgence has its own way of keeping conservative issues on the front burner. 2012 will not be about who got rid of OBL. It will be about getting rid of BHO. We will not forget.
Judging from my viewing of the “crowd” at the White House, most of them were about eight or nine years old in 2001. So, fake crowd, fake news announcement, fake emergency news conference, fake everything.
