You are on to what actually happened. The entire document could have been generated by Madelyn Dunham by filling out a form provided by the hospital. You will notice on this COLB there is a check box for the “Attendant” that designates “Midwife.” Now if a midwife was an attendant, that means the birth was a home delivery. Also, a private practitioner could have done the birth in his private office. This form could have been done while Stanley Ann was with Baby Barack a thousand miles away in Seattle, Washington.
We need to look carefully at the way the “D” was written in the word “Dunham.” That is not how Stanley Ann wrote the “D” in her name. Check it out for yourself, folks. Does anyone know where one could find any hand writing samples of Stanley Ann’s mom, Madelyn Dunham?
Finally, I think that Stanley Ann applied for state assistance when she was in Seattle, Washington. If she did, I think she would have to supply a COLB of Baby Barry to the State of Washington. That COLB should be on file in the archives at Washington State. It is my theory that the COLB had to be produced and Stanley Ann called upon her mother to send a COLB from Hawaii. Being a bank vice president, Madelyn Dunham knew how to get one.
As far as I am concerned, I am still not convinced we saw a real COLB from Zer0. Like his nickname, we will get Zer0 from him.

For instance, the birth announcement stuff doesn’t pan out with what is actually in the announcements; the announcements came in a different order in the Advertiser than in the Star-Bulletin and the 2 papers didn’t even have all the same names. Nordykes, for instance, were in only the Advertiser and 3 days later than Waidelich who was born at Kapiolani the day before Nordykes.
And HRS 338-17.7 only became law in 1982 so it wasn’t in effect in 1961.
If Obama had been born at Kapiolani his BC would have been in the same pile as the Nordykes’ and would have been “filed”/given a number at the state HDOH office on Aug 11th just like theirs. That part is accurate.
But the bigger problem is that the “date filed” is when the number was assigned, according to Janice Okubo, and Obama’s was supposedly given a number on Aug 8th that was higher/later than the number given to the Nordykes 3 days later on Aug 11th. That wouldn’t happen in real life, so either the BC#, date filed, or both have been fabricated.
The fact that Obama didn’t know a BC# and “date filed” that would work together suggests that he didn’t have a valid 1961 birth certificate to copy that information from.
