Brown Deer’s point still stands though. If Obama was born at Kapiolani like the Nordykes, it was probably the same person who typed all those BC’s. Why did someone who used tabs to type both Nordyke BC’s all of a sudden use the space bar instead for Obama’s?

I’m not so sure you can say they were typed in the same location. Especially since they have different “local registrar” signatures. I think Tatze mentioned that the HDOH typed these documents, not the individual hospitals so it is very possible they were issued in different locations? And they were certainly processed on different days (Aug 8 vs. Aug 11) so there could have been a different secretary typing the forms. It would be very informative to have another form processed on Aug 8 as a verification...

If the same person did type both the Nordyke COLB's, why does one say HONOLULU, OAHU and one says HONOLULU, HAWAII??
