It didn’t take long for some of President Obama’s doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.
But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.
The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator — the premier program for computer graphic artists — “reveals” evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim it’s “proof” the file has been altered.
But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.
“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

I doubt the Hawaii DoH would have released Obama’s LFBC from an online request. Too much risk involved.
Obama issued his request letter on Friday. The HDoH said they could make it available on Monday. Obama couldn’t go himself likely because he’s busy and likely because it would have caused a big stir if he went to get it himself. (They kept this wole thing a secret until the 27th.) So his attorney was given authorization to act on his behalf and complete any necessary forms that the HDoH required.
Obama wanted to release the documents as soon after obtaining them as possible to avoid forgery claims (yeah, that worked out well for him.) So his attorney picked them up by hand and flew them to the WH. The docs were shown to the WHPC early Tuesday morning. Fed Ex would have been slower not faster as some claim on this thread.

Right-click on that “photo” of what Obama showed the press and copy it into Word (or some other program) and save it as a PDF so you can magnify it. Tell me if you see any signs of a raised seal on it.

The academic advisor was a foreign student advisor to whom Obama was required to report in order to get and file paperwork as indicated by his/her signature on INS documents. He had one FSA in Hawaii and one at Harvard. The FSA was directly involved in the filing of Obama’s INS paperwork.
No, I’m sure the FSA didn’t request a BC. I’m sure she took his word about it. When the FSA in Hawai found out Obama was married and had a child, she wrote to the INS about her concerns and asked them to do a thorough investigation into the marriage before granting Sr. an extension. So she obviously didn’t trust Sr. either. And neither did the FSA at Harvard.

No, I just read a lot more data than birthers do. Everything I wrote that you quoted I obtained from news articles online, except for the speculation on whether or not the HDoH would have released anything from an online request and that Fed Ex would have been slower.
Usually when I present evidence or speculate from a position of reason, I get called all sorts of names by birthers because they have no other response. Same this time.

I hardly call what the 'jon stewart' media spews as evidence. Now normal people have direct access to their birth certificates and they do NOT have to hire lawyers to fly hours to get some state agency to produce a copy. IT is not as IF this guy has had NO clue people were clamoring about him producing his origins. But you just carry on carrying his water and doing the very thing that you continue to accuse others of doing to you. Personally I think you are a hoax.

Without the required embossed, dated and signed seal - the “document” supposedly released by the Whitehouse

nothing
...because it cannot be used to certify anything AGAINST OR FOR Obama.
Its only value is as a public opinion manipulation piece...nothing more. In this case...it seems to be working with of course the help of the mainstream media that is already in the tank for Obama.
Until the following has happened:
1. Applicable registrars release certified documents with the included requried seal upon request -
2. Applicable registrars are forced to open the files/records containing such certified documents with required seals under a subpoena required by a judge -
3. Obama is forced to release his certifed copies with the required seals under subpoena OR just plain gives up and spills the beans -
WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! PERIOD!

Exactly what I just laid out above. Butter and Co. get it. Most of the Freepers here seem to not get it and keep wasting their time with smudges, spacing, alignment, etc. on a document that has no visible required seal.
