Well I am watching it again. LOL The first run through I had to feed my husband, iron his pants, pack his lunch and get him out of here so I could enjoy it.
LOL! It’s not as bad as it sounds. I do it everyday, but it was more of a mad dash today.
I'm just making conversation.
After I looked at the version I posted, it wasn’t the version I learned. This is closer to the version I memorized .. and I forgot one of the other funnies in it: beeping sleauty .. LOL.

Beeping sleuty! Classic!
Search for the Charles/Diana wedding kiss on youtube, there is a 5 minute recap of the whole wedding done by CBS. No, they did not look happy at all. Their kiss barely qualified as one. Looking at it through hindsight 20/20, you can see that they were both unhappy.
I doubt it. Royal wedding dresses tend to be more modest designs. I don't understand why so many brides want strapless gowns.
My priest made it very clear that modesty was expected. No bareback and shoulders, pluning necklines. We need more of him. It’s a sacrament, not a cocktail party.
I thought the shuttle launch was at like 3:30 Eastern. How much time is he spending in Alabama? Like 15 minutes???
The first family is scheduled to continue on to Cape Canaveral in Florida after Alabama to view the launch of the space shuttle Endeavour

And thanks to him, the area is getting more and more depressed. I’m sure they’ll just LOVE seeing him, that’s if they’re allowed to even view the empty suit emperor and his retinue.....

Endeavour’s launch may be one of the last economic jolts the region gets as the space shuttle program winds down this summer.
Economic prospects for the area are precarious. The Space Coast is still reeling from Florida’s housing slump, NASA contractors already have laid-off thousands of workers and the unemployment rate is over 11 percent.
Empty storefronts dot some shopping malls and vacant condos are common along the beach.

Good for you and she .. and cheers to a happy day.
Thank you for giving us your perspective. I appreciate it.
Ah, geez ...didja have to post that? In THIS thread?
I purposely was just trying not to have to look at that today ...to have to return to THAT reality.
Amen! That was the first thought to pop into my head when I saw Kate's lovely, elegant dress.
Well, I was going to sleep in, because I will be watching a tape w/ a group of friends tomrrow ...but something woke me up at 5:30. ;)
Simply beautiful wedding. A princely prince and a gorgeous bride ...
It does bother me they cohabitated for so long. I don’t like it, and am praying my own daughter doesn’t follow suit. I tell her — why do that and ruin it — you have FOREVER to live together. Enjoy your privacy as a single person.
But I guess I can say at least they ARE marrying, and the Lord does forgive. They certainly do seem to be two mature people who know exactly what they’re getting into with each other ... you can’t knock that.
Best of luck Dear William — I’ve watched you since they brought you out of the hospital ...I watched for your mum today ... and I pray she is with you on this special day.
So sad that Diana isn't there...
We knew that traveling sideshow would try to upstage the royal wedding.
(Sorry for the graphic image.)
Amen!
Prince William and Kate Middleton have taken an open-top car for a spin, delighting the crowds outside of Buckingham Palace.
William was behind the wheel of the dark blue Aston Martin "Volante" festooned with ribbons, bows and balloons as it emerged from Buckingham Palace around 3:40 p.m. Friday.
Kate Middleton, now known as Catherine, duchess of Cambridge, was in the passenger seat of the car, whose license plate was marked "JU5T WED."
The pair, still dressed in their wedding finery, waved to the crowd as they drove to Clarence House, about two minutes away.

LOVE IT !!! He's injecting a whole new look and feel to the monarchy .. his own imprint as the future king, and it looks like he'll have quite an positive impact. Good for him .. wonderful. Wonder if it's a wedding present.
