scan it again and tell me if you get the exact same thing.
Then keep scanning until you get JUST dates and signatures, then call us...
Since I don’t have access to the original document to scan, and that I’m most likely using different hardware/software to scan a print out of the PDF, I will never be able to EXACTLY replicate all the layers. I have proven that document scanned to a PDF will IN FACT have layers. Many have pointed to this characteristic as proof of a forgery. I have proved that it does not.
