Today’s show was strange. When Rush was speaking about the BC, there was interference at the station, as if another station was trying to cut in with their music. I couldn’t make out much of what Rush was saying in the background.

What really disturbed Rush was Bernanke's press conference. I was distracted during Rush's last closing remarks about it before signing off, but did hear him say "Bernanke press conference" and the word "gold" and that "people are lying to us." I just found out from another FReeper that gold shot up $18 during Bernanke's press conference and is now up $26. Too bad there wasn't a LIVE thread on FR covering this first-ever press conference. Something big's going on, and it's not the birth certificate. IMO.
