The WKA decision used the same reasoning as the 1844 decision, arguing that WKA met the criteria for a natural born citizen and was thus a citizen of the USA per the Constitution.
I think WKA was a less well documented decision than the 1844 case.

In the first hour monologue, Rush read an email of someone who said the BC could be opened in Adobe Illustrator and shown to be a fake. Does anyone have the transcript of that?
I would like to put one of my graphic artists on that to see if there is any merit to the claim. But I will need the step by step process that was described.

If the 2 Mexicans were here legally, then their child would meet the criteria for a natural born citizen. The DISSENT in WKA argued:

In the New York case I cited, the person inheriting property as a natural born citizen of the US had been born in NY while her alien parents were here for four years. Her parents never had any intent of making the US their permanent home. She was born in the spring of 1819, and went with her parents to England a few months later, and never lived in the USA after that.

One can readily remove most of the typewritten text from the document in Adobe Illustrator (an impossibility for a purely honest scanned document) as well as manipulate the dates stamped on it (again separate objects and an impossibility for an honest document). I was easily able to substitute my brother’s name for Obama’s as a proof of principle (and to irritate him). My modified PDF has no structural differences than the one posted by the White House. How can this be??? Even the Adobe Acrobat Pro software indicates that the file has been edited and contains deleted and cropped content. How can you have deleted and cropped content on a purely honest scanned document. You can’t, that’s the point. I now relinquish the dais back to the name-calling.””

There are many “new-born again” conservatives do not really understand what a conservative really is or believes.
They are a slave to the “bit*& slap”.
Trump says what they want to here. Frankly he doesn’t have anything to lose by saying it. You can be brave and sound good if you have nothing to lose by saying it.
He would be really no better or worse off if he gets the nomination or not. Others do

Whoa. I was listening to Rush just now...and he was talking about an email he received from someone who said that this document is an obvious fraud...and here’s how you can check.
Download the PDF from above and open it in Adobe Illustrator, and you can see all the layers showing how the document was pieced together.
So... I did. I downloaded the file...and opened it in Illustrator...and indeed... this document has been pieced together. It’s a layered file. You can click and hide various layers until the screen is blank.
Now... look. I’m tired of this stupid argument. I really am. But as a graphic artist, I can tell you that if someone scanned in an image and saved it as a PDF, it would have been a solid, single layer. The only way that I know of for it to be broken down into layers is if it had been manipulated and created digitally.
Feel free to call me a whatever...but see for yourself if what that person Rush mentioned said is right.

Wow. That was the second strangest radio show ending I’ve ever heard, second only to Art Bell’s first (of three) retirements, where he said nothing unusual until the last minute of the show, when he simply said he’d decided to retire and that had been his last show. Cut to radio silence. Cue music.
Rush is right, of course. People are lying to us. I can’t wait to hear what he comes up with on Monday.
Did anyone catch the reason that Rush won’t be on tomorrow?
Remember the “4th Hour”? Now it’s lucky just to hear a 4th Day .... geesh
