No, not unless 0bama has given them express permission, perferably as a signed release form. The way HIPAA works, it doesn't matter what's out in the public domain, it only matters if the patient authorizes the hospital to release. You can write a tell all book detailing your recent surgery step by step; the hospital can't say a thing when it's published to confirm you were even there - unless you sign a release.

Hubby’s (borned in 66) BC definitely does not look like this COLB. Granted, he’s born in WI, not HI, and I was not born here (but naturalized later). That is why I asked if it is the ONLY form used in HI at that time.
There must exist A true copy of birth certificat that tells Obama’s origin, but we haven’t seen it yet.
