This happened at an I-HOP, a police officer punching a woman at an I-HOP during an arrest.
Police Officer Punches Woman In Face During Arrest At I-HOP
Im sitting with my friends, and Im talking to the Darth Vadar guys, just on a casual conversation ... and then he just out of nowhere came to me, out of all of the people, came to me, she said later.
Oh, wow, to hear these gals' story, they sound so pure and innocent. Miss Freeman and her friends were just having a nice casual conversation at IHOP when an unruly officer bullied up to them and tried to assault and arrest them for no reason. For some reason I don't believe their BS story. And her line "then he just out of nowhere came to me, out of all of the people, came to me... means she is setting up the old Race Card (Freeman is black).
A jackbooted thug with a badge storm trooper doesn’t like being called what he is. If this is the case she has every right to resist his abuse of his police power.
What crime did these private citizens commit that prompted the police officer to approach them?
If they are not innocent and were committing a crime, necessitating a police officer’s intervention, what was it?
They were not committing a crime. The woman in the video, seen sitting that the security guard has grabbed was not arrested and has not be charged with any crime.
Woman who punched officer at IHOP now has felony charges
The woman accused of punching an off-duty Atlanta police officer at a Buckhead IHOP now faces felony charges, authorities have confirmed.
Ashley Leavell, is now charged with felony obstruction as well as public drunkeness and simple battery. Leavell was part of a scuffle at the IHOP around 4 a.m. April 23.
A police spokesman said the investigating officer submitted a video of the incident in his supplemental report, which in his opinion "clearly showed" felony obstruction.

Besides Leavell, three other women -- Cynthia Freeman, Vanessa Chancey and Roberta Caban also were arrested
