Hun, there is more than one stamp in that office. They wear out over time as well. Is it a damaged stamp? I don’t know. But I am not willing to hang a forgery label on a screwed up x on a single stamp. Not when my own stamp has blurred letters and letters otherwise hard to read.
I have seen stamps that came from the manufacturer a little messed up just from the rubber pouring process.

So the stamp is either misspelled or it points to a forgery.
Does it really make sense that their office would continue to use a misspelled stamp???? It’s possible.
