“The Court has always defined NBC as born in country to two citizen parents.”

NO, they haven’t. That is one way. THAT MAY NOT THE ONLY WAY.

For example, Ginsburg thinks that you can be born on foreign soil and be eligible.

IT IS NOT SETTLED LAW.

“Ginsburg thinks that you can be born on foreign soil and be eligible.”

What case was that? Link please? Ginsberg mumbling does not make settled or unsettled law.......

Heck.... Ginsberg thinks you can advance a foreign law to argue your case......pretty bad when a conservative starts quoting a justice like Ginsberg. LOLOLOLOL You are sounding desperate.

“NO, they haven’t. That is one way. THAT MAY NOT THE ONLY WAY.”

NBC has never had more than one definition in US law.

What you are refering to is the courts have always been unsure of what constitutes “born citizenship.” (citizenship other than Natural Born Citizenship) There are many other circumstances that result in born citizenship.

See the 14th Amendment for one example of this. It recognized born citizenship for former slaves.

None the less, there is only one circumstance that results in “Natural Born Citizenship’ and that is “born in country to two citizen parents.”

Born citizenship is not the constitutional requirement for the Presidency.....Natural Born Citizenship is.
