Why is this all cut out like that? There is no official border and it curves on the left with a black opening. What a hack job....

So, anyway if he is going to state this is official, then it’s official that he is not a natural born citizen. Father is a British subject and he is therefore british!
What happened to the amendment portion? This certificate should have been amended due to his adoption!
