I saw the BC\Trump piece on CNN tonight. I then sent this email to Anderson Cooper:
I heard part 1 of your Trump interview re: Obama’s BC. YOU FAIL TO MENTION ONE VERY IMPORTANT POINT and that is that at the time of Obama’s birth, Hawaiian Law allowed parents of children not born in the state to file for a certificate of live birth, thus giving them Hawaiian citizenship. It was allowed by law and was a common practice to populate the state at the time. It’s a fact. If you don’t tell your viewers this you are factually lying. And, if a child born outside the country (Japan, Kenya or any other country) who has a certificate of live birth as such, asks the Hawaii DOH for a copy, GUESS WHAT THEY GET? Exactly. They get exactly what Obama got. IT PROVES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING UNLESS WE SEE HIS VAULT COPY. Tell the truth, Anderson. Otherwise, you are a liar, plain and simple. I’m not crazy or a bigot and I resent that statement by your CNN attorney, Tobin. He’s lying to your viewers on your behalf as well if he doesn’t distinguish between the two circumstances. Be honest in your reporting.

Why won’t they ever disclose this fact? Can anyone please send me a link to the law at the time so I can send it to Cooper? I’ve seen it before on this site and Orly’s site as well. If someone has it handy that would be great. Otherwise it will take me some time. Thanks.
I dont have a link to the law; however, WND has published a 32 page report on the issue and I believe a few pages in it discuss the old law.

BTW, Mr. Trump needs to make the distinction that I outlined in my email to Cooper (below). There is no denying this law and the facts. That would put reasonable doubt in anyone’s mind as it did in mine. Mr. Trump needs to make it part of his arguement. The Vault copy of the LFBC is all that is acceptable. Nothing else will do.

Please someone clarify for me: The Certification of Live Birth is now routinely given to those born in Hawaii who have a long form Birth Certificate in their “vault”. However, the Certification of Live Birth was also given to those who had an unattended birth [not in a hospital], with one witness vouching for the birth on Hawaiian soil. Is that correct, or is this inaccurate?

So far, the only one who appreciates receiving such facts and information, who will publicly say so is Trump. Shame on the media and ambitious Republicans who perpetuate the lies.

They’re (CNN) are also disputing how much Obama has paid out to keep school records, job records, etc. out of the public domain.
