(CNN) -- Was Barack Obama really born in America? A new CNN investigation reveals what most analysts have been saying since the so-called "birther" controversy erupted during the 2008 presidential campaign: Obama was born in the state of Hawaii on August 4, 1961. Period.

While the president has made light of the controversy, the question remains political red meat for some of his critics. A recent CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll showed that nearly 75% of Americans believe Obama was definitely or probably born in the United States. More than four in 10 Republicans, however, believe he probably or definitely was not born in America.
The U.S. Constitution says only "natural born" citizens can become president -- a vague clause that some members of the birther movement contend disqualifies Obama because, they insist, he was born outside the United States. Skeptics contend, among other things, that Obama was born in his father's home country of Kenya. Potential GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump recently seized on the issue, saying he had doubts about Obama's background.
Dr. Chiyome Fukino, a former director of the Hawaii Department of Health and a Republican, told CNN in her most extensive comments to date that she has "no doubt" Obama was born in the state.

The COLB was held up and I tried to read it as best I could. Someone with better video equipment (I was just watching an older TV) can nail down all of those specifics (date; I believe he was born within 13 hours of Obama). I remembered 151-1961 would be at the top and the issue would be those last numbers.
Again, MSM tries to make the issue go away and likely gave away more ammunition! Certainly did with verification from the Hawaiian official who said the long form does exist.
Be looking for this to come out when someone who has the right equipment tracks it down. I spent 20 minutes playing and replaying the damn video and that was what I saw. I think they showed enough to give away that number as they likely didn’t know the importance. Remember Obama at first blacked it out.

CNN claimed tonight that the COLB had been made “available to new media” to inspect.
When?
It’s only been shown on FactCheck (Obama’s group) and never independently examined. Even if a COLB from Hawaii it still doesn’t tell us what’s in the long form.
Hoping the upcoming book puts Obama in a corner where the MUST show it to continue his Presidency.
Perhaps a ‘Deep Throat’ will appear. Of course, these days the MSM JournaLists would run the guy off.
1. Such a document-—with the number blacked out and with NO visible seal-—would never be accepted in any court, yet CNN expects us average people to accept it as an authentic Obama short form birth certificate. If a CNN reporter cannot feel a RAISED seal, the document is useless. Give me a break.
2. NOTE It was probably downloaded from Obama’s Fight the Smears site if the number is blacked out.
3. Doesn't CNN get it? It is the RAISED seal that it is very important. If a person cannot feel a RAISED seal even though a person can see a seal, the document is not worth the paper it is printed on.
4. That is, when you download Obama’s birth certificate from his site, if the document had a RAISED seal the site of origin, the seal is now FLAT after the document is downloaded from the internet, because one cannot download a RAISED seal over the Internet, and one cannot download both sides of the birth certificate at the same time, front and back.
5.Let's not forget the FactCheck site: FactCheck also claims that it is displaying Obama’s short form birth certificate, the exact same one that we see on Obama’s Fight the Smear site.
6. I don't know about you, but to me, the Obama short form birth certificate at FactCheck does not look like the one we see at Obama’s Fight the Smears site, because for one thing, the FactCheck one has an obvious seal, while the Fight the Smears one does not seem to have a visible seal.
7. So, why do the two certificates appear to be so different, if they are supposed to be the exact, same certificate? Give me a break.
8. Dr. Fukino: I am getting sick and tired of this former high-priced clerk in the Hawaii Department-—I want to vomit every time I hear the Fukino name-—telling us over and over again that she has seen and examined Obama’s long form birth certificate and so she she can vouch for the fact that Obama was born in the United States. It seems that she is the only one in the whole Hawaii government bureaucracy who has seen Obama’s long form birth certificate. Why is that?
9. She irks me: What irks me is that Fukino takes it personal when we mere mortals thank her for her time, but we tell her that we still want to see Obama’s long form birth certificate for ourselves. The reason being that the longer Obama refuses to release his long form birth certificate to the public, the more the public has come to believe that Obama is hiding something on his long form birth certificate that he does not want us to see.
10. What also irks me is Fukino’s public indignation because we dare to question her integrity by still wanting to see Obama’s long form birth certificate even after Dr. Fukino has told the public over and over during the past two years that Obama was born in Hawaii and he is thus an American citizen.
11. Dear Fukino: We want to see Obama’s long form birth certificate to verify his parents names and his doctor and hospital names.
12. If you don't like it, that is tough. If you feel insulted that we still want to see Obama’s long form birth certificate even though you keep telling us over and over for the past two years that you have seen Obama’s long form birth certificate and Obama was born in Hawaii, again, that is tough.
13. Dear Fukino: I wish that Trump would come out and call you a liar so that you could SUE Trump in court.
14. But I bet you would never SUE Trump in court, because you know that you would have to produce a copy of Obama’s long form birth certificate in the discovery pre-trial, and you know you couldn't do it, because if you did and the certificate did show that Obama was born in Hawaii, the public would finally get its hands on a copy of Obama’s long form birth certificate and see the information that Obama does not want the public to see, information that could prove that Obama had been lying to the public about his past all these years.
15. So Fukino: Get lost. Show us Obama’s long form birth certificate or go disappear somewhere. Your word means nothing to us. You were just a high-priced clerk in the Hawaii government burearcracy who we don't trust as far as we could throw you. Which means we don't trust you and the other Hawaii government bureaucrats at all.
“Otherwise, you are a liar, plain and simple.”
He is. That’s what they do. Bless your heart - do you really think these guys want the truth or would report it even if it were shoved in front of their noses when it doesn’t suit their agenda?
So far, the only one who appreciates receiving such facts and information, who will publicly say so is Trump. Shame on the media and ambitious Republicans who perpetuate the lies.

STIG WAIDELICH: I wish that this Stig Waidelich would post his short form birth certificate on the internet, the one that CNN paid $7 for, so that we could compare it to Obama'a short form certificate that we see on Obama's Fight the Smears site and the one that we see on FactCheck's site
Questions I would like to ask him:
What hospital was he born in?
Who was his doctor? Maybe the doctor remembers Obama.
If his parents are still living and he was born at Kapiolani Hospital, do his parents remember anything about Obama being born in the hospital back in Aug. 1961?

7. DEAR TUCHMAN: If the Nordyke twins were born in Kapiolani hospital just a day after Obama, then why was the Nordyke twins birth announcement in the papers several days after Obama's birth announcement, if indeed Obama was born in Kapiolani Hospital like the twins?

Excellent! Cooper has no journalistic integrity, at all. What a liar he and CNN is for not disclosing this information. It makes me rage (literally). What liars. It just shows how low and far they will go to lie for Obama.

Unless you include this information in your reporting, you are all liars. The fact remains that Obama could have been born in Kenya or anywhere else outside the U.S. and still have the COLB he has posted online. That is a fact.
Maybe one of Trump’s investigators could contact Stig Waidelich for the info and images, and then get it posted on the Internet somewhere.
