This is not their home, it belongs to a business and the NORMAL thing to do is to leave and call the manager or police depending on what happened.
You don’t do a phisical assault.

There was also a grandma who defended this girl and she got attacked as well.

Yeah, the elder lady, a white lady seen in the latter part of the video was the bravest person in the place. It looks like she was either shoved or hit to me, and additionally she was clearly threatened.

I still want to know if the employee that scarfed up what looked like the victim’s phone ( an employee later seen to be laughing it seems ) at 18 seconds into the video, gave it back or not. Seems like possibly he was trying to take away options for the victim to call for help.
