As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the womens bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, he got right up.

Wow - people here are now convinced it was a guy dressed in drag, and tempering their responses based upon that. I wonder if the victim was a male or female.

Actually, in Maryland, male transvestities are ALLOWED to use the female rest rooms, I believe. If that is what happened here, then this probably WILL be prosecuted as a hate crime by the so-called “authorities”, while they would NOT prosecute, if it were just an ordinary white female victim. Sorry, but that is fairly well-settled LAW in America now.
Baltimore Sun is reporting juvenile charges have been filed against a 14-year old with charges pending against an 18-year old.
Better yet read the news article:
“Police have identified the assault victim as a 22-year-old woman “who appeared to be having a seizure” when officers arrived at the McDonald’s at around 8 PM.”
Really. Read the article.
Gold teeth? Mormons at it again.!
Decisions decisions - what is a Justice Department to do? Minority vs. Homosexual (if true) is a tough call for a PC-minded police force. To be old fashioned about it they could just enforce the law, but you never know.
If they were defending themselves, they would have stopped after getting the girl (what the cops are calling her) on the ground. Instead, they kept kicking her in the head, then ran away, then came back to do it again. It had nothing to do with defending themselves.
I will believe the 22 year old woman story and not the video taper who is running scared in his yo beotch 15 minutes of fame.
Why do you believe it is okay if it is a guy with a wig getting his head beaten in.
These are very frightening times we are living in, to be certain : |
May God give us strength.

It doesn’t matter what happened in that bathroom. You don’t repeatedly kick someone in the head who is laying on the ground not threatening you. You may throw a punch or demand that the police be called and try to keep them there to answer for whatever it is that “may” have happened in the bathroom but you don’t join into the gang of people kicking them in the head while they are laying on the ground. If they are laying on the ground, your life is no longer threatened and you get the hell out and call the police. There is ZERO excuse for what happened to this human being.
The height of the women and the fact she is wearing a wig just didn't sit well with me. If I am wrong I will take it all back. The point I made originally is that if the victim was a transgendered than the media will report on this in a big way. That is all.
So you condone attempted murder should a tranny walk into a women’s restroom? Nice.
Apparently from reading some of the comments here, you should have sent him to the hospital just for existing.
Of course, its pretty hard to beat up a 6’4” dudelady.
The way they acted I was waiting for them to kick her upside the head again even after the pool of blood and seizure.
The attack occurred April 18 in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave., in Rosedale, county police said. Police said a 14-year-old girl had been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman. Police said the incident remains under investigation and the states attorneys office is reviewing the case.
Police said the victim was a 22-year-old woman and said an update on her condition was not immediately available.
Discerning intent or emotion from a two dimensional camera phone video may be the gift of some on here, but I boil it down to simply this....if a cross-dressing tranny perv was in the women’s head and would not leave...receiving a severe ass-kicking should have been on IT’S list of possible outcomes.
