As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

It definitely is racially motivated by the language being used during the attack, and according to the Left that is the test with the hate crimes they have now prosecuted.
The Left have so perverted the Media that most people have no clue what is really going on.
This should be prosecuted but nothing at all will come of it, other than to provide some animal sub-culture a few minutes of fun and entertainment on the web.

Nope, DOJ will sit this one out. Oppressed victim vs. Oppressed attackers cancel each other out.
The ONLY defense for making a statement like that, is that you haven't watched the video.
Millions of people have now watched the video of one person being attacked by two others and beaten to the floor. Those two then come back repeatedly and stomp said person nearly half to death.
Nowhere in that video do you see the victim behaving aggressively or initiating any sort of offensive gestures toward her attackers. She is beaten down, and brutally stomped by the other two.
There's nothing "alleged" about what happened there, and I don't need a damned judge to find the perps guilty. I saw it with my own eyes.

In my day to day life I could give two sheets less what color you are as long as you get up in the morning, work hard and treat your peers with respect. But when you combine the entitlement mentality of a majority of blacks with a media that attempts to make me feel guilty for being born white, I get fricking pissed. I appologize if I lumped the liberty-loving blacks in with those that subscribe to the Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton entitlement culture. I truly am sorry.

Good point, Rawhide. Seems that Realman is "alleging" things that he has no actual evidence for.
Let's see if "Real man" will provide the evidence to back up that claim.
