As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

So the people (police) that met with her and are investigating say she is a woman.

The guy who made sure to stay back at least 15 feet while filming who we dont know if he even talked to the victim says she is a tranny, then hides it.

I think you are exactly right. At this point it goes from being a crime to being a potential “hate crime” because there is no way in the world they would have charged the perps with a hate crime just for beating a white lady. But beating a transgendered person? That takes it to a whole different level.

Agreed about AG E. Holder doing nothing.

Regardless, if McDonalds says they have no role in protecting patrons who come in to their restaurants, you can be my family and I won’t be the only ones avoiding McDonalds.

If the victim was “transgendered” the cops, abc and the hospital would all refer to the victim as female,she,her.

So I don’t see that as being proof of the victim’s gender.

I think the attack was disgusting and vile either way.

Thank you for some sanity. I watched Good Friday services from the Vatican this morning, read John 18 in my Bible and prayerful for all during this holy week. Seeing this video just completely stunned me and then reading some of the hateful comments has been gut-wrenching.

After looking at the video a few times the video can be very deceiving in how at first someone would say it looks like a cross dresser because of the height of the person and the wig.
In the first part of the video, the mannerism of the person would suggest it could be a cross dresser, but, near the end, it looks more like a woman... very strange indeed.

Since neither will happen, its just a lot of internet bravado. You built a strawman in order to justify what the women were doing without knowing their rationale, in order to look like a big tough guy and a paragon of virtue. Look, when I watched the video I saw the victims wig fall off and then I noticed how much taller the victim was compared to the attackers and the man. The video is blurry so it is hard to tell either way. This story from the smoking gun states what the filmer says.

I could be wrong, I was just pointing out a couple of strange things that I saw and why I thought it was a man. Someone can clearly be heard saying on the tape; “That's a man”. Not that this changes anything except for the fact the mainstream media will now report on this crime.
