Anyone shocked? Me neither. Furthermore, are you shocked that on Hannity the other night, Trump expressed how much he liked Reagan. Below the video, you will see an excerpt from his 1989 book, Art of the Deal.Trump Flashback: Reagan Was A "Con" Man Who Couldnt "Deliver The Goods"

“Anyone who falls for Trump is going to be disappointed. He is not a conservative.”
Exactly. He’s a shrewd businessman, looking out for number one. I do, however, enjoy him sparring with the MSM, like George Step on op u lus...lol
I keep visualizing Trump saying “Hillary, you are fired” and “Salazar, You are fired” ...
No, he’s not. He states a generality without names. Again, the part at the bottom about Reagan is cut off before it actually gives an example of how Reagan fits the generality.
Trump reminds me of a carnival barker at the state fair.
I remember in 2007 every political pundit was saying Clinton vs. Guilianni in 2008. We know how that played out, so at this point we can let the candidates jockey, those in front today will more than likely fade as the election gets closer.
If Republicans are looking for a successful businessman Herman Cain is a much better candidate than Shecky Green aka Donald Trump.
.
Like, dude.
;-\
Who do you, "Love"?
I also very much enjoy seeing Trump raise the issues that he does and take on the MSM also.
I also wondered today whether or not he could help the conservaitve movement by distracting the left-wing.
As long as he is taking shots from the left then conservatives are free to wait in the wings until right before the primaries and suprise.
If Trump runs as a third party candidate though then he is obviously trying to hurt the conservative movement. Right now though he may be helping by taking on all of the attention and pushing the issues that he does.
I would not bother with that poster .
That poster trashed Meg Whitman non stop .
He advised people not to vote for Meg to stop awful Moonbeam Brown !
He never said a single unkind word about Moonbean but worked real hard to help Meg Whitman lose.
But — someone like this can be swayed.
An ideologue cannot.
And let’s face it, I don’t think we have a good hand for the election. The good ones have been eliminated by the media attack machine.
OK, people are following the direction of the mainstream media agenda this week to attack Trump because he’s not reading off the media’s dictated cue cards and going off track recently. He’s a threat to those who control the news message.
This clip is from his 1987 “Art of the Deal” book which I have right here.
This excerpt of the book above is from the 2nd chapter chapter “Trump Cards: The Elements of the Deal”.
This chapter contains 11 tips of advice to consider when making business deals.
Here are the 11 subheadings in the chapter:
Think Big, Protect the Downside and the Upside Will Take Care of Itself, Maximize Your Options, Know Your Market, Use Your Leverage, Enhance Your Location, Get the Word Out, Fight Back, Deliver the Goods, Contain the Costs, Have Fun
In “Deliver the Goods”, he’s questioning (in 1987) Reagan’s ability to deliver after 7 years as president. We all know looking back now when the Berlin Wall fell in 1989 and the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, that Reagan did deliver on the goods. Trump today admits it himself the same looking back, as he said so himself that Reagan was a great president recently several times.
As I’m looking through the chapter, I noticed a somewhat relevant quote from the “Fight Back” section. This may apply to some who are critical of Trump today. Here’s Trump’s quote back then:
“Even if I never went on the offensive, there are a lot of people gunning for me now.
One of the problems when you become successful is that jealousy and envy inevitably follow.
There are people - I categorize them as life’s losers - who get their sense of accomplishment and achievement from trying to stop others.
As far as I’m concerned, if they had any real ability they wouldn’t be fighting me, they’d be doing something constructive themselves.”
Who'd have ever imagined Trump to be a Perot wannabe?
The Donald ...as always is out for himself.
Somebody forgot about The Donald when they were handing out tickets down at the Fed for the New Yorkers at the bailout trough the last coupla years. He’s gonna remind them of it from now until the election.
The more he talks, the better we know him...
Thank you. Seems I miss alot of the action around here! :O
