I think Cruz supporters are plenty smart about the choice they’re making. Trump supporters seem driven by anger more than anything else. That’s causing them to make an irrational decision in my opinion, a decision that feels good now but is likely to have bad consequences.

Yes, fidelity matters. But I didn’t live their relationships, and I’m certainly not a position to qualify which party was responsible for which outcome.
