The issue isn’t so much BO’s BC, but the citizenship of BO’s father, whoever he might be. Maybe the BC could help with IDing him, but if he wasn’t a US citizen, then BO is not a Natural Born Citizen, regardless of whether he’s a US citizen or not. Two different classes of citizens.

There is obviously very damning information on the real
birth certificate.

Only a few fringies agree with your “two class” system of citizenship. Most Americans would find it completely repellant.
A few possibilities here of why Trump is only mentioning the birth cert. issue.
1. Trump isn’t educated about the qualifications of what is a NBC and due to lack of knowledge is just focusing on that.
2. He knows there’s much more to it than a mere BC but that message is easier to sound bite than going on and on about many details concerning parentage, birth place, adoptions, use of other nationalities, legal references, Vattel, etc.
3. His operatives have found enough info to know full well that there is either no actual BC or that it has enough info on it show foreign birth or other very damning evidence.
I don’t know much of anything about Trump but I have a feeling he’s not stupid and has carefully thought and planned out everything he’s doing and saying, and is doing and saying these things for his own reasons, and I also have a suspicion that he likes to win, not lose, whatever he does.

Thanks Savedbygrace. One more person who understands. Why do you think so few seem able to grasp the truth? If dates mean anything on Free Republic, many of them are old timers. You've said it succinctly. The justice who confused things with his decision in Wong Kim Ark, which obots use to further confuse thimgs, said, “Citizens can be only natural, or naturalized.”
Since Wong Kim Ark is a decision based upon the 14th Amendment, and since Obama confused many by citing the verbiage in Title 8, which is the elaboration of the 14th Amendment by Congress - Title 8 is a set of laws. Let's look at what Obama said about himself. He said “I am a native born citizen of the U.S.” Obama, born of a non-citizen father and a citizen mother is defined in title 8 as a “citizen.” Title 8 does not mention natural born citizenship; neither does the 14th Amendment. The reason is that someone made a citizen by nature cannot have his status redefined by a law. Laws are made by man. The author of the 14th Amendment told us what a natural born citizen was, twice, recored in the Globe, the Congressional Record for 1866, Ohio Congressman/Judge John Bingham:
I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen….
No one can argue this. This is our history. Are citizens such sheep as to ignore what is known in favor of unproved hypothesis fed them by unscrupulous publicity seekers (World Net Daily, Trump)? If a driver kills someone in a hit and run accident at a crosswalk would it make sense to talk endlessly about whether his hidden drivers license might not have been renewed, or to look at the existing video tapes from surveillance cameras at the intersection to confirm his guilt? How can there be so many on Free Republic working actively to divert attention to so obvious a truth?
Do any Free Republic bloggers not understand that Obama’s father not only “(owed) allegiance to (a) foreign sovereignty's”, but Barry was, by his own admission, born a citizen of the British Commonwealth. Obama is baldly ignoring the Constitution, and so are all senators, who in 2008, signed agreement that they would accord McCain natural born citizen status because both of his parents were citizens when he was born.
This appears an exposure of how many operatives supporting Obama are at work at Free Republic. Trump is using the “false flag” of a birth certificate for publicity, and because he can ride the wave mistrust generated by the intentional concealment of Obama's historical documents. It is false flag campaing because Obama's ineligibility comes from his father's citizenship, as you said, so the false flag diverts people's attention from the truth.
All we can do is remind people of the incontrovertable truth. The Obots have a job to do, and will not debate our justices and framers. They are probably people working for the nonproductive sector, government, or retired from it and fearful that their gravy train is being threatened. Better for them to have socialism for a while, even if it causes a collapse like the USSR experienced, than to risk their pensions. That they are miscalculating the effect of a major devaluation of the dollar, and the failure of many states economies doesn't seem to matter.
They know this is war, and that Obmaa, if he survives for another term, will eliminate speech such as this. His goons at the FCC are openly working on gaining more control over the Internet, supported lavishly by Soros. Please, when you have the time, continue to correct this diversionary tactic. There are many who only read, and who have no idea that there is a clear legal violation which Obama has himself confirmed. Obama has honestly told us that he doesn't regard the Constitution as binding doctrine. He hasn't lied. He has never claimed to be a natural born citizen. He knows better. His law professor and adviser at Harvard, Larry Tribe, submitted a brief to the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Senate Res 511, one which Obama signed, in which Tribe and Olson, as well as Leahy and Chertoff state clearly that a natural born citizen is “born of citizen parents.”

There is no clear proof who Obama’s father is....hence we need the long form birth certificate.
