What if you wanted to change it yourself? Would you get arrested for practicing vehicle maintenance without a license?

LOL... may be some day that will be true. But what would have happened if I fixed it myself was that I would have to go to a police man, any police officer, and ask him to check the light and sign the paper. This would have to be done within 24 hours of the ticket issuance. Once it was done, I had to bring it to the traffic court to have the ticket dismissed.
