Gov. Jerry Brown will spend today, the 100th day of his third term, signing renewable energy legislation in Milpitas and talking to business leaders in San Francisco about the budget crisis.
In his first three months, the Democratic governor has charmed lawmakers and observers alike with his accessibility, his lack of entourage and, yes, his corgi dog. Brown started budget negotiations far earlier than in previous years, and he enacted $11.2 billion in spending cuts.
But Brown, governor before from 1975 to 1983, still doesn't have a budget deal, . . .

It did go remarkably well for this dip s—t. He has been able to put off any serious reductions in state spending. He has saved the jobs, salaries and pensions of all of his union buddies. Truly, he is the butt boy of the California public employee unions.
As a resident of CA for 41 years, I have no hope for this state. The majority of the voters are dumber than a rock. They have been voting in Dem legislators for years, and in November capped it all off by voting in Brown and reelecting the obnoxious Boxer. There is no hope here. Our next move will be out of California.
He actually asks Sutter for advice as he feels the dog channels the spirit of Ted Kennedy. “Sutter, what should we do about taxes?” “Woof”. “Yeah, you’re right, let’s get some booze and chicks.”
